MOBILE TICKETING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Mobile tickets provide maximum flexibility to Cougar fans by putting your tickets in the palm of your hand via your smartphone (iPhone or Android required). Beginning with 2020 fall, all home athletic competitions will be mobile-only ticketing.

Safety – Mobile ticketing will better allow our patrons to enter WSU Athletic venues with contactless scanning capabilities through iPhone and Android devices.

Protection – Mobile ticketing reduces risk of lost, stolen, forgotten tickets while increasing protection against fraud.

Flexibility – It allows the department to extend the season-ticket payment deadline closer to the start of each season.

Ease of Use – Mobile tickets will allow patrons to download or transfer their tickets at any time.

All WSU athletic sporting event tickets including football, men's and women's basketball, soccer, volleyball, and baseball will be digital, to provide contactless venue entry.

Yes, you are able to swipe through your available tickets at the venue if your entire party is present as long as all tickets have been added to your mobile device's wallet.

Tickets will not be viewable on your account until closer to the start of the respective season. A formal announcement will be sent to season ticket holders with the exact date and time their tickets will be available online.

No, a mobile ticket must be provided within your phone's digital wallet to gain entry. Photocopies, scans, and pictures of hard tickets will not be permitted for entry.

Print-at home paper tickets (PDFs) have been discontinued and will no longer be accepted at WSU Athletics venues to prevent the integrity of your tickets and prevent the fraud and counterfeit problems commonly associated with PDF tickets.

Tickets will be emailed to you ahead of the season for you to download to your device. You can also access your tickets by signing into your account on the WSU Cougars Gameday App or through www.wsucougars.com/MyTickets.

Please follow the instructions above or download our mobile ticketing instructions guide. We strongly recommend downloading and saving your tickets to your phone's wallet app (i.e., Apple Wallet or Google Pay) prior to game day.

Please contact the WSU Athletic Ticket Office at athletictickets@wsu.edu or 1-800-GO-COUGS so other arrangements can be made. On game days, please visit the venue's main ticket office and present a valid form of photo ID with the name associated on the ticket account and the ticket office will assist you.

To ensure seamless entry, we strongly recommend downloading and saving your tickets to your phone's wallet app (i.e., Apple Wallet or Google Pay) prior to arrival at the venue. If you did not download your tickets in advance and are unable to download them at the venue, visit the ticket office with a valid form of photo ID for assistance.

Mobile tickets are easily transferable to friends and family if a person cannot attend a game. Please click here to view instructions on how to transfer tickets.
