A CougarCard MUST be present in order to receive points for a game, as well as be granted access into a game as a student. If you do not have your CougarCard, you can purchase a replacement CougarCard at the CC Center in the CUB. The Center is open two hours prior to game time for football, and closes half an hour after kickoff. CougarCard Max is free to replace, even if lost. You can also have another student who has a valid CougarCard purchase a student guest ticket for you (based upon availability, no guest tickets will be sold for Apple Cup or UW basketball). You will not receive points for a purchased student guest ticket.

All home football, volleyball, soccer, men's and women's basketball and baseball regular season games

If you have your CougarCard and your Sports Pass does not scan or is invalid, you will need to visit the Student Troubleshooting Booth at the Student Gate and fill out a card. Upon validation of your Sports Pass the following week, you will be allotted points for the game(s) you attended. To see if points have been added to your account click here.

It is suggested if your CougarCard does not scan, and you have a worn magstripe, you visit the CougarCard Center as soon as you can to get your card replaced.

Policies

Students must be currently enrolled at WSU and have a valid CougarCard and Sports Pass

Students will all start each academic year with 0 points and build their points throughout the academic year.

Students must use their own CougarCard to receive ZZU Points; they may not scan into a game using another student's CougarCard. If a student is caught doing this they will receive zero points for that game and will also be ineligible to earn any more ZZU Points for the rest of the year. Also any rewards this student may be eligible for will be void. The card will be taken by the ticket or marketing department and the person will be contacted about the misuse of their card. It will then be up to the digression of the Athletic department as to if this person will also lose their ZZU Points/any possible rewards they may be eligible for.

The deadline for Student CAF membership and ZZUCRU points to count for post season fall sports tickets is October 31, 2012. The deadline for winter post season sports is February 1, 2013. Students who fall within a certain range of points will be eligible for first priority to purchase post-season tickets (i.e. Pac-12 Championship, bowl games, Men's and Women's Pac-12 Basketball tournament, post-season basketball tournaments).
