COUGARS HOST TOP-RANKED BAY AREA TEAMS
The Washington State University volleyball team (6-16 overall, 0-12 Pac-10) hosts a pair of top-ranked teams battling for the Pacific-10 Conference title...this weekend in Bohler Gym the Cougs meet No. 2 Stanford (20-2, 11-2) Friday, Nov. 12 (7 p.m.), and No. 4 California (21-2, 11-2) Saturday, Nov. 13 (7 p.m.).
Oct. 15 in Berkeley, WSU lost to No. 6 California in scores of of 26-24, 21-25, 25-15, and 25-8...Oct. 16 the Cougars lost at No. 2 Stanford 25-13, 25-15, 25-10...Meagan Ganzer led the team for the pair with 29 kills and Conley Kipp has 14 kills (.385).
WSU VOLLEYBALL WEBCASTS
For the second year, several WSU home matches will have live-streaming webcasts this season...these eight webcasts are available for the cost of a subscription to Cougar All-Access on the official WSU website, www.wsucougars.com...selected webcasts featured exclusive audio play-by-play and color commentary from broadcast major students at the renowned Edward R. Murrow College of Communication...Cougar All-Access subscribers will also be able to hear the radio broadcasts of all Cougar road matches online...remaining schedule: 11/12 vs. Stanford, and 11/13 vs. California.
GANZER IS COUGS' OFFENSIVE WEAPON
Junior outside hitter Meagan Ganzer (Black Diamond, Wash.) is third in the Pac-10 with a 4.80 kills per set average (7th nationally) and 5.45 points per set (7th nationally)...Ganzer has tallied three 30-point matches this season...tallied double-digit kills in 19 of the 22 matches this season...has 834 career kills...Ganzer played the NCAA No. 1 offensive player, Tulsa's Tyler Henderson (6.39 kps and 6.89 pps) earlier this season.

Head Coach Andrew Palileo is in his third season at WSU...returned Cougars to NCAA Championship tournament in 2009...Palileo has a 34-48 overall record at WSU, and a 14-year career record of 273-189...named 2009 Pac-10 Conference Coach of the Year after guiding the Cougars to their first winning season (18-13) since 2002, with six league wins, the most since 2002...associate head coach Brian Lamppa (third season)...assistant coach Jennifer Fry (first season)...Kara Kiefer, coordinator of operations (second season)...Tina Martin, volunteer coach (second season).

MARCIA SANEHOLTZ COURT AT BOHLER GYM COUGARS HOME
The Cougars' home court is Marcia Saneholtz Court at Bohler Gym in honor of the 28-year administrative veteran of Cougar Athletics who retired Oct. 1, 2007...the former Senior Associate Athletics Director/SWA is a long-time proponent of gender equity and a champion for all sports at WSU as well as in the Pac-10 and the nation... NACWAA president (1992-93), on the board of directors (1987-94), and named 1997 Administrator of the Year...also NAGWS Pathfinder Award in 2001 and WSU Woman of Distinction in 2003...she was added to the Inland Empire Scroll of Honor in 2009.
