Cougs Wave Pink | 10-15-12 Weekly Release

HOME SWEET HOME FOR WSU VOLLEYBALL
The Washington State University volleyball team (10-10, 0-8 Pac-12) returns to the friendly confines of Bohler Gym this weekend...this is just the third weekend WSU has played in Pullman...Cougars host California (9-9, 3-5) Fri., Oct. 19 in a 7 p.m. match...this is the COUGS WAVE PINK MATCH...Cougar players will wear special pink jerseys that are for sale (see below)...Sun., Oct. 21 WSU hosts No. 2 Stanford (16-2, 8-0) in an 11 a.m. match...the WSU-Stanford match will be televised live on the Pac-12 TV Networks.

COUGS WAVE PINK FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS
The Friday, Oct. 19 match against California is the Cougs Wave Pink for Breast Cancer match at Bohler Gym...the Official Pink Uniform Jerseys worn by the WSU players for the Cougs Wave Pink match can be purchased online...bidding began Oct. 10, 2012 and ends Oct. 31, 2012 at Noon...minimum bid per jersey is $30 with all proceeds, after the cost of the uniform, will be donated to the Breast Cancer Support Group of the Palouse, known as the Bosom Buddies...bidders choose the uniform jersey number desired and contact the Cougar Volleyball office at (509) 335-7169 or email katie.hinrichs@wsu.edu to make the bid...Click here for more information.
