MOSCOW, Idaho -- The 16th-ranked Washington State University volleyball team traveled eight miles east to win its final non-conference match of the season, a 30-23, 30-16, 30-24 sweep of Idaho Tuesday night at Memorial Gym.

WSU moves to 14-2 in overall play while Idaho dropped to 4-10 on the season.

Cougar senior Adrian Hankoff led all players with 15 kills and 13 digs while hitting .407 on the night. LaToya Harris contributed 10 kills (.474) and 10 digs. Freshman setter Brenn Larson had a career-high eight kills (.636) in addition to her 40 assists and three blocks. WSU coach Cindy Fredrick sat starting middle blocker Victoria Prince for an unspecified reason and Zanda Bautre stepped in and grabbed four blocks.

Idaho, playing without the services of its top hitter, Brooke Haeberle (foot stress fracture), had Meghan Brown and Laura McCaffrey slam down 11 kills each. Many Becker added 32 assists and 11 digs while Anna-Marie Hammond had four blocks.

The Cougars hit .395 as a team while Idaho hit a respectable .220.

"I thought we played really well tonight," Fredrick said. "I think the kids had a good time on the court. We had to make some adjustments tonight because we did not have Victoria playing tonight. Zanda did an awesome job playing in the middle and everybody else did a great job because they knew they had to compensate a little for that. Zanda held her own in the middle and everybody else played great."

Washington State travels to Washington (10-5, 2-4) for a Friday, Oct. 11, Pac-10 contest.
