For WSU senior swimmer Jill Olson, this week's Pacific-10 Swimming Championships will be a homecoming and a farewell swim meet rolled into one.

That's because Olson, a 1999 graduate of Ballard High, will be swimming in Federal Way (just south of Seattle) for the last time at the collegiate level. While the senior looks back on her solid WSU career, she is also looking forward to this weekend.

"I swam at the pool in high school, and now I'm swimming there as a Cougar," Olson said. "My family and friends will be there, and so will some people from my club team back home."
