WSU CAREER
Freshman (1999-00)...marked a best of 17:14.94 in the 1,650 freestyle which ranks second on WSU's all-time list...posted a time in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:22.45 which is third fastest in school history...also swam the sixth fastest time in Cougar history in the 500 freestyle...Sophomore (2000-01)...holds positions on three of WSU's top 10 lists for individual events...placed 15th in the 1,650 freestyle and secured second place on the school's all time list for that event with a time of 17:03.65 at the Pacific-10 Conference Championships...also holds second place on the school list for the 1,000 freestyle and sixth for the 500 freestyle...received the team's Scholastic Award...named to the Pac-10 All-Academic first team...Junior (2001-02)...recorded a personal-best 10:12.96 in the 1,000 freestyle and 16:56.31 in the 1,650 freestyle at the Arkansas Invitational, establishing school records in both events...also swam a personal best of 5:01.09 in the 500 freestyle, placing her sixth in WSU history for the event...again received Pac-10 All-Academic first team honors.
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Earned three varsity letters in swimming at Ballard High School...as a freshman named MVP...state qualifier in the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle during sophomore year...state qualifier in the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle as a junior...placed fourth in the 500 freestyle at state as a senior...competed for the Shilshole Aquatic Club under coach Doug Rusk...qualified for junior nationals in the 500 freestyle, 1,000 freestyle and 1,650 freestyle events.
