Cougars Win Third Consecutive Dual Meet

WSU swimming defeated CSU Bakersfield 172-116.

WSU CAREER
Junior (2011-12):
Member of 200 meter relay that finished second against USC...finished third as part of the 400 relay in win against NAU...finished second in 100 meter free at Seattle U dual meet...contributed points in 10 of the 14 meets in 2011-12 season.

Sophomore (2010-11): Finished fourth in the 100 free, seventh in the 200 free and ninth in the 50 free at the Pacific Invitational, where she contributed 41.5 individual points...took third in the 100 backstroke and fourth in the 100 free against Fresno State...set a lifetime best in the 50 freestyle (24.09) while finishing second in the "C" final at Princeton...finished 15th overall in the 100 freestyle with a lifetime-best time of 52.56.

Freshman (2009-10): Set season bests in the 200 freestyle (1:56.54), the 100 backstroke (59.38), and the 200 backstroke (2:10.12) at the Debbie Pipher Invitational...finished 16th in the 100 freestyle and recorded a season best of 52.89 at the Minnesota Grand Prix...took third the "C" final of the 50 freestyle at the same event to finish 19th overall...set a season best time in the 50 freestyle at the Pac-10 Championships (24.15).

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB CAREER
Swam for head coach Grant Kritzinger at the Players Academy Swim Club and served as team captain as a senior...the team is based on a comprehensive training and competitive environment which incorporates elements of nutrition and sports psychology with swimming and dry-land workouts...formed in May 2008 in part by Olympic Gold Medalist Ryk Neethling...competed at the Senior Nationals in 2006, 2007 and 2008...competed at the World Cup in both 2007 and 2008.
