Cougar Q&A With Angela Fajardo
Sept. 18, 2006
Angela Fajardo... Senior defender from San Mateo, Calif.
Nickname... Angie, Ang, Ruffles
Favorite movie(s)... Dirty Dancing - it's just a classic; Crash - it has a great message; Love and Basketball - awesome movie; She's the Man - quality film
Favorite color... Crimson - I bleed crimson.
Favorite restaurant food... Mexican food - I'm always in the mood and never get tired of Mexican food
Favorite class at WSU... Entomology - one of the most fun classes I have ever taken and I had an awesome professor that actually made bugs interesting and not just gross.
Three things I have with me on the road... My pillow, my iPod and my cell phone.
My pre-game superstition... I have to do at least 100 juggles before the game and, if I do it on my first try, then I'm going to have a good game.
What or who makes me laugh the hardest... My two best friends from home because they're just like me. (I know it's kind of scary to think that there are people just like me!)
My biggest pet peeve... Snoring. I hate it when people snore, it just drives me crazy.
Coolest person you've ever met... I think all my good friends are the coolest people ever because, otherwise, why would I hang out with them?
Best thing about WSU (Pullman)... The soccer team because we are the smartest, most fun and pretty much the best group of girls on campus.
My life is like an episode of... The O.C. because, though I try to steer clear of drama, it always seems to find me somehow. (Never due to my own actions though : )
On a car trip I prefer to... Ride, because I don't like to be stressed out and I'm not that great of a driver.
My most prized possession... My bed at school because it's the comfiest thing I have ever experienced and I love it.
Since coming to WSU, I have learned... More about myself then I would have ever expected. I've learned that no matter what, I can't change what people do or how they act. I can only control myself and treat people how I want to be treated. At the end of the day I have to live and answer to myself and no one else.
