Hear from Cougar soccer duo.

PULLMAN, Wash. - Washington State student-athletes Kayla Johnson and Delaney Zalud sat down with wsucougars.com and talked about soccer and life on the Palouse.

Johnson, a redshirt-junior midfielder from Phoenix, scored her first-career goal during the Cougars' 3-0 victory over Gonzaga in the 2012 season opener.

Zalud, a junior defender from Colbert, Wash., was part of WSU's backline that helped the Cougars record a 0.74 goals against average last season, second-best in school history.
