Match part of Mom's Weekend activities

PULLMAN, Wash. - The Washington State soccer team lost 4-0 to the Cougar men's club team in spring exhibition soccer, Saturday.

"We made far too many unforced errors in the first half due to the speed of the game," Cougar Head Coach Keidane McAlpine said. "In the second half, we calmed down and had a few quality looks because of it. I think the moms on both sides enjoyed the event."

In the second half, Mesa Owsley hit the crossbar with a shot and Jocelyn Jeffers forced the opposing goalkeeper to make a big save.
