STANFORD, Calif. - Junior Anastasia Kostina is in first place after firing a second consecutive 2-under 68, Saturday, at the Stanford Women's Intercollegiate.

Kostina leads the tournament by one stroke with a 136 (-4) after day two of the three-day tournament.

The Cougars are tied for sixth place with Golfstat No. 10 team New Mexico. The Cougars are two strokes back of fifth place and host team Stanford (20), and lead Tulsa (24), Southern California (21), and Texas (11).

Senior Kim Welch moved up the leaderboard after shooting 72 (+2). She is currently tied for 22nd with a 146 (+6).

Stephanie Parsley and Maria Kostina have each shot 151 (+11) over the two rounds, and Jay-Lee Longbottom rounds out the Cougar scoring with a 154 (+14).
