MOSCOW, Idaho- Led by a trio of Cougars in the Top 15, the Washington State women's golf team completed the Lady Vandal Invitational in a tie for fifth place at the par-72, 6,107 yard University of Idaho Golf Course.

The Cougars were led by veteran Jay-Lee Longbottom (77-75-79 - 231, +15), who recorded her fifth career Top 10 finish with a tie for fifth place. This marked Longbottom's 11th Top 25 career finish, moving her up to the No. 7 spot on the school's all time list for that category.

Pre-Season All-American Kim Welch (77-77-78 - 232, +16) found herself knotted in a tie for 12th with sophomore Stephanie Parsley (76-77-79 - 232, +16).
