Welch Finishes 20th At Shanico Invitational

CORVALLIS, Ore. - Following are the final results from the Shanico Invitational at the par-72, 6,160 yard Trysting Tree Golf Club.

Sophomore Kim Welch finished 20th in the 96-person field with a 54-hole total of 227 (+11). It was Welch's ninth career top-20 effort. Freshman Stephanie Parsley tied for 26th with a 14-over par total of 230.

With a three round total of 933, the Cougars finished 10th in the 18-team field, two strokes ahead of Portland State and Idaho.

The Cougars return to action, Monday, Sept. 30 at the Vandal Invitational in Moscow, Idaho.
