WSU grabbed the top spot in each of the collegiate events.

WSU CAREER: Competed with the novice boat her FRESHMEN (2011-12) year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four years in swimming and track and field...lettered three years in cheerleading...state competitor in swimming all four years...all-American cheerleader nominee sophomore year...her junior year, set record for 4x200 meter relay...relay county champion in 4x100 meter...captained swimming, track and field, and cheer teams senior year.

PERSONAL: Born Julia Dean Monroe...born in April of 1993...father Richard is a freelance producer and editor...mother Jodi is executive director of Washington State FFA Association...younger sister Jacqueline...younger brother Robert...grandfather played for the Cincinnati Reds...enjoys weight lifting, showing horses, traveling, and crafting...equine champion showman...interested in pursuing a degree in pre law and business at Washington State.
