Cougars Complete Racing at Head of the Spokane

The Washington State women's rowing team competed against Gonzaga at the Head of the Spokane.

WSU CAREER: Competed with the novice team during FRESHMAN (2010-11) year...helped the team to a fourth-place finish at the San Diego crew classic...also a fourth-place finish over UCLA, Stanford, and USC at the Pacific-10 Conference Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the Key Club and chemistry club in high school...also part of the student council association and class council.

PERSONAL: Alexandra Miyuki Biswas...born in September of 1992...father Abhik works as a pediatrician...mother Robin is a registered nurse...brother Nick and sister Elisabeth...plans to pursue a degree in wildlife ecology at Washington State.
