Cougar Rowing Ends on a High Note at the San Diego Crew Classic

The second varsity eight boat claimed first place in its petite final.

WSU CAREER: Rowed with the varsity eight in the fall as a RS-JUNIOR (2011-12)...helped the varsity eight capture the Fawley Cup at the Gonzaga dual...led the second varsity eight to victory at the Oregon State dual, capturing the Crawford Plate and third consecutive Winchell Cup...during fall season of RS-SOPHOMORE (2010-11) year, competed in the first and second varsity eights, helping to beat Tulsa, Stanford, Oklahoma, and Gonzaga...during spring season competed in the varsity eight that defeated Michigan, Ohio State, and Oregon State...at the Pacific-10 Conference Championships, led the team to a fourth place finish...at the NCAA Rowing Championships, helped the team to a 12th-place finish...rowed with the fourth varsity eight in the fall and the varsity eight in the spring as a RS-FRESHMAN (2009-10)... helped the varsity eight to three victories over Gonzaga during the fall season and a second-place finish to Washington at the Head of the Lake...in the spring rowed with the varsity eight to a fourth-place finish at the San Diego Crew Classic and third-place finish at the Lake Natoma Invite...member of the Cougs' varsity eight that took victories at Washington and at home against Oregon State...varsity eight finished 14th at the NCAA Championships, as team finished 13th overall...as a FRESHMAN (2008-09) used her redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in Pacific Swim for coaches Dan Peck and Di Molenaar...placed third at 2005 Junior Olympics...swam breaststroke and lettered four years for Mt. Carmel High School...helped team to Palomar League Championship as a senior.
