Twelve Women's Basketball Home Games To Be Webstreamed

PULLMAN, Wash. - Twelve Washington State home women's basketball contests will be webstreamed by Cougars All-Access on wsucougars.com during the 2011-12 season. This Saturday's exhibition against Seattle Pacific University along with the exhibition against Lewis & Clark State Nov. 6 will also be webstreamed. The only home game that will not be webcast this season will be the Jan. 14 televised matchup against University of Washington. The Feb. 11 meeting with University of Oregon will either be webstreamed by Cougars All-Access or televised by FSN. "Webcasting all of our home games is a big step for our program," head coach June Daugherty said. "Now our player's parents, our fans and women's basketball fans from all over will be able to watch us play on a regular basis this season." The Cougars open the regular season at Penn State University in the Lady Lion Classic in University Park, Pa. Nov.11. WSU's home-opener will be Nov. 30 against Gonzaga University.
