01/13/2007 Washington State vs. #10 StanfordCOATES' WSU CAREER JUNIOR (2007-08): Appeared in 17 of WSU's games, making 12 starts...after missing the first seven games of 2007-08 with a foot injury, made season debut against Boise State (12/9/07)...missed six games due to a concussion...averaged 7.1 points per game to rank second on the team...rebounding average of 6.8 led WSU...both averages were career highs...led WSU in scoring twice and in rebounding a team-best nine times...18 blocks on the season (average of 1.1 per game) also led the team...recorded first career double-double against Oregon State (2/15/08) with 18 points and 11 rebounds...also recorded a double-double against No. 7 Stanford (3/2/08) with 14 points and 11 boards...moved into fifth on the WSU career blocks list (72)...had four double-digit scoring efforts...tied a career high with 11 points against San Jose State (12/16/07)...set a career high with 12 points at USC (2/10/08) and bested the mark the following game with 18 points against Oregon State (2/15/08)...went 7-of-9 (.778) against the Beavers...also scored 14 points against seventh-ranked Stanford (3/2/08)...had six double-digit rebounding efforts, including a career high 16 boards against Oregon (2/17/08)...10 rebounds against Oregon in the opening round of the Pacific-10 Conference Tournament (3/7/08) was only the second double-digit effort by a Cougar in the conference tournament...recorded multiple blocks in five games (two each contest)...tied a career high with three assists against Oregon (2/17/08). SOPHOMORE (2006-07): Appeared in all 29 games for WSU and made 17 starts...one of only four Cougars to appear in each of WSU's 29 games...recorded a team-high 32 blocks...completed the season in seventh place on WSU's career list with 54 blocks...tied a WSU single-game record with a career-high six blocks against Northwestern State (12/17/06)...also had a career-high 14 rebounds against the Lady Demons (12/17/06)...posted a career-high six steals against No. 12 Arizona State (2/3/07)...averaged 4.3 points and 5.3 rebounds per game...scored in double digits in back-to-back contests with 11 points at Santa Clara (11/25/06) and 10 against Montana State (11/30/06). FRESHMAN (2005-06): Had five starts and appeared in each of WSU's 28 games as a true freshman...one of only three Cougars to appear in all games...pulled down 87 rebounds and posted 22 blocks...shot 44.4 percent from the field to average 2.6 points per game...recorded eight rebounds and four blocks against Pepperdine in home opener (11/18/05)...first career double-digit scoring game came against Arizona State (1/26/06) with 10 points...pulled down a career-high 12 rebounds against St. Mary's (11/20/05).
