THIS WEEK
Following its second-place finish at the Snowman Getaway in Goodyear, Ariz., the Washington State men's golf team will travel to Bandon, Ore., to compete in the Bandon Dunes Championship...this will be the fourth consecutive year Gonzaga hosts the Championship at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort...tournament will be played March 8-10.
THE COURSE
The Bandon Dunes Championship will be played at the Old Macdonald course, one of the four courses at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort...course is ranked No. 4 in Golfweek's 2013 Best Resort Courses, and will play at par 71 and 6,902 yards...tournament's 93-player field will play 54 holes, with one round of 18 being played each of the three days.
THE FIELD
Competing with host school No. 137 Gonzaga in the tournament will be: No. 2 UCLA, No. 3 Washington, No. 14 SMU, No. 52 Oregon, No. 59 Washington State, No. 64 UC Davis, No. 71 Fresno State, No. 74 Pacific, No. 79 Colorado, No. 85 UNC Wilmington, No. 95 San Jose State, No. 98 Long Beach State, No. 117 UMKC, No. 122 Santa Clara, No. 143 Northern Colorado, No.163 Utah Valley, and No. 212 CSU Northridge.
REPRESENTING WASHINGTON STATE
Competing for the Cougars in Hawaii will be sophomore Michael Anderson, senior Hank Frame, redshirt sophomore Sang Lee, junior Blake Snyder, and redshirt junior Kyle Hurt.
