COUGARS OPEN SPRING SEASON
The Washington State men's golf team will travel to Kahuku, Hawaii on the Oahu's North Shore to compete in its first tournament of the spring season, the John A. Burns Intercollegiate...tournament will be hosted Feb. 20-22 by Hawaii at the Turtle Bay Resort.
THE COURSE
The Palmer Course at Turtle Bay Resort is 7,218 yards...course meanders its way through the natural wetlands and kisses the ocean coast on its penultimate signature hole, the par-4 17th.
THE FIELD
Joining host school No. 202 Hawaii in the John A. Burns Intercollegiate will be, in order of national ranking: No. 1 California, No. 5 New Mexico, No. 29 Texas A&M, No. 30 UNLV, No. 58 Colorado State, No. 60 Washington State, No. 63 BYU, No. 73 Arizona, No. 101 Denver, No. 106 Texas El Paso, No. 110 Nevada, and No. 133 Utah, as well as Division II teams No. 17 Hawaii-Hilo and No. 124 BYU-Hawaii.
