JUNIOR (2005-06): Led the Cougars with a scoring average of 71.3 in five tournaments in fall 2005...recorded three top 10 finishes...tied his career low round with a score of 67 in the third round at the Northwest Collegiate...tied for fourth place, marking his best finish as a Cougar...captured second top 10 finish of the season at the Mackenzie Invitational where he shot a 211 (-2) to place in a tie for 10th...tied the daily low score with a 68 in the final round at the Del Walker Intercollegiate to finish in seventh place...named South Dakota Golf Association Golfer of the Year for 2005. SOPHOMORE (2004-05): Tallied 74.3 strokes per round in 11 tournaments...recorded three top 25 finishes including a fifth place effort at the Inland Cup...captured first top-25 finish for WSU with a 21st place effort at the Barona Collegiate Cup...fired career-low 67 in the opening round....tied for 13th at Pinehurst Invitational.
Transferred to WSU from Pima Community College...carried a 71.5 stroke average en route to earning second team All-Arizona Conference honors...first team all-region...finished 21st at nationals, missing All-America honors by one stroke.
Lettered five times at two different high schools...1999 Most Improved Varsity Golfer...given the 2000 Lead H.S. Seaton Award for exemplifying leadership, citizenship, academics, and sportsmanship...won two invitational championships as a junior...tied Boulder Canyon CC course record of 31...won five invitational championships as a senior while being named to the 2002 All-Greater Dakota Conference team.
