Full Bio

Are you excited to play in the new Martin Stadium?
Yes I am, can't wait to play in the front of thousands of people and loud cheering for the Cougs.

 Why WSU?
It was a totally different area to be, it's far away from the city which is a good thing and I like to stay in a small town. Being a Coug is something to take pride in because we are not the biggest school out there but we have heart and the fans make it a great experience.

Tell us about Coach Leach and his staff
I am playing linebacker and my position coach is Jeff Choate. We have had a short time of knowing each other but I feel comfortable around him, he is a great person off the field and an excellent coach on the field. He has helped me a lot during the last six months. I think that coach Leach and his staff are the perfect staff for this program; they have helped the team to grow physically and mentally. There is a lot of improvement all around because of the preparation that they put us through.

What's something fans don't know about you?
I was born and raised in Samoa before I moved to Hawaii at the age of 17, and I speak fluent Samoan.

What's your favorite place to eat in Pullman?
McDonalds, I'm loving it!!

What's different leading into this season?
Going into this season is very different from last year. This year is different because the team is really coming together and focusing on one goal and that is winning games. The big difference is the chemistry that we have now that we did not have last year. We are starting to realize that chemistry is important because the more we time we spend with each other the more we trust each other and I personal think that is how teams win games. We take everything seriously and that's how we're going to play this year, we're not the same team from last year.

What's your routine to get pumped up for a game?
My pregame routine has been pretty much the same since high school. Nothing special, I just get ready and then sit quietly at my locker and focus in while bumping some Pandora.

Who's your favorite football player/athlete/role model?
R.I.P Sean Taylor, Adrian Peterson, Taylor Mays and the great Junior Mayweather. They play football with swag and for Mayweather, he inspired me to be the number one player out there.

What would you be doing if you weren't playing football?
That's a good question...probably with my mom.

What is your favorite uniform combination?
Crimson helmet, gray jersey, gray pants, white socks, crimson shoes, crimson gloves.
