Full Bio

Are you excited to play in the new Martin Stadium?
Getting the opportunity to play in front of our home crowd is always a thrill. Cougar fans really know how to bring energy every down. The addition to the stadium will only intensify the atmosphere and bring more craziness to Pullman.

 Why WSU?
After my senior year season, I went on visits to numerous colleges. All the visits were about the same, but there was something about this program that stood out to me. Immediately upon landing, I could tell that this was a real college town. All it took was a trip into Martin Stadium and I was ready to commit on the spot. I was ready to become a part of the Cougar family.

Tell us about Coach Leach and his staff
Coach Leach is a character. He is brutally honest and will always tell you like it is. No sugar-coating anything. He's a type of coach that can be tough on you one minute, but is able to joke moments later. He has really put together an all-star staff. Each coach has won where they have been and bring something unique to the team. My position coach, Coach Salave'a, is a really cool guy. He's hands down, the funniest coach I've ever had. Though he is the largest most overpowering guy on the team, he is one of the most calm and collected guys I know. But don't get me wrong, if you mess up, he'll make sure you know.

What's something fans don't know about you?
I'm an extreme sports fanatic. When I have the time, I love to ride motorcycles, snowboard, skateboard, and mountain bike.

What's your favorite place to eat in Pullman?
When I'm not dishing up my own plate at the house, I like to grab a bit to eat at South Fork Public House. Since I'm a poor college student, these trips are mostly reserved for when the parents come into town.

What's different leading into this season?
This upcoming season feels like none I've ever experienced. Cougar football culture has been rapidly changing over the past six months, since the new staff has arrived on campus. Everyone on the team has the same vision and is taking the right steps in order to be successful. We are more ready than ever to get the season started and show the world what Cougar football is all about.

What's your routine to get pumped up for a game?
My pregame routine has been pretty much the same since high school. Nothing special, I just get ready and then sit quietly at my locker and focus in while bumping some Pandora.

Who's your favorite football player/athlete/role model?
I have never really had a favorite athlete growing up. The person that has always been my biggest idol and role model has been my dad. He has shown me that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible.

What would you be doing if you weren't playing football?
If I wasn't playing football, I would most likely be trying to play baseball somewhere. Growing up, football and baseball were my two favorite sports.

 What's your favorite class?
I have taken what seems like countless courses since I've been here at WSU. But If I had to think of just one that stood out to me, I'd have to say geology. Rocks are pretty cool.
