Enrolled in January, 2011 for spring semester and participated in spring drills...received a medical redshirt after suffering season-ending achilles injury against Idaho State.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Four-year letterman in football for head coach Dale Salapa...SOPHOMORE year received team awards for most improved and most hardworking player...JUNIOR year led team in tackles...team captain and was named to the All-Orange County team...received the team defensive player of the year award and was named one of the top five linebackers in Central Florida...named to Central Florida Super 60 and top 100 in Florida...SENIOR year led team in tackles for a second consecutive season as well as led the county in tackles...named one of the top five linebackers in Florida, and led the team to a 14-1 record and the State championship game...recorded 136 tackles, two fumble recoveries, one interception (returned for a touchdown), three sacks, one pass break up, and eight tackles for a loss...named to Central Florida All-Defensive Team by the Orlando Sentinel and is No. 31 on Central Florida Super 60 list.
