RS-SOPHOMORE (2008):
Earned a varsity letter after playing in 10 games on season, two in a starting role......earned first collegiate start at left tackle against Portland State then also started against USC...also served on WSU's PAT and FG special teams units...named All-Pacific-10 Conference Academic Second Team for second straight season.
RS-FRESHMAN (2007): Earned a varsity letter after playing in each of WSU's 12 games...second on the depth chart at left tackle...primarily served on WSU's PAT and FG special teams units...named All-Pacific-10 Conference Academic Second Team.
FRESHMAN (2006): Originally signed with WSU in February, 2005...enrolled at WSU in January, 2006, and participated in spring drills, then redshirted in the fall.

EPPELE'S HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Coached by Tod Bernett at Vancouver College Prep...standout hammer thrower and shot putter...in 2005 was No. 1 in Canada in his age group in the hammer throw and placed fourth the 2004 Canadian Junior Nationals...won the shot put and placed third in the hammer throw at the 2004 Provincial High School Championships...also placed eighth in the discus...as a JUNIOR on the gridiron earned Northern Conference All-Star honors for British Columbia's AAA Division...as a SENIOR helped pave the way for a running back that approached 1,500 yards in 12 games...defensively, recorded 28 tackles and a sack...during the track season won provincial titles in the hammer and shot put.
