BRUNER'S HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Three-year letterwinner for head coach Cale Piland...second-team all-league running back as a sophomore...team went 8-2 overall, winning the league championship with a perfect 6-0 record...first-team all-state and first-team all-league running back as a junior...named team's offensive most valuable player...led squad to an 8-2 record, including 5-1 in the GSHL...senior year was named first-team all-league as both a running back and a linebacker...team captain was named GSHL Defensive Player of the Year and honorable mention all-state on defense...won the Rock Award as the most valuable player...team won the GSHL Championship with a 6-0 record...squad went 8-2 overall...also lettered twice in track, winning the 4x100 relay state championship.
