WSU to Hold A Night with Cougar Basketball
Oct. 9, 2012 PULLMAN, Wash. - Washington State University will hold its annual A Night with Cougar Basketball, featuring WSU men's basketball head coach Ken Bone and women's basketball head coach June Daugherty, Friday, Oct. 12 from 5:30-8 p.m. at the CUB Senior Ballroom on WSU's Pullman campus. Cougar supporters will have the opportunity to do so, while interacting with members of the men's and women's basketball teams, including the coaching staffs. A silent auction will be held with proceeds going to the Cougar Athletic Fun and student-athlete scholarship fund. Additionally, there will be student-athlete introductions, game highlights, autographed items and basketball giveaways. Drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be provided at the event. The cost to attend is $50 for Cougar Athletic Fund members and $60 for non-members. There is a reduced rate for children under 12 years old. Following the event, both teams will be on display at ZZUMania at 9 p.m. at Bohler Gym. Admission is free for ZZUMania, which will feature scrimmages, 3-point contests and a dunk contest by the men's team, as well as prize giveaways.
