KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Washington State University men's basketball graduate, Abe Lodwick, has been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court, recognizing those collegiate basketball student-athletes who excelled in academics during the 2011-12 season, the organization announced Tuesday.

At WSU he was a three-time conference all-academic honoree, earning first team accolades in 2011 and second team in 2010 and 2012. Lodwick averaged 7.1 points and 4.4 rebounds per game in 27 contests his senior season, as he finished third in WSU's single season record books with a .462 (48-for-104) 3-point field goal percentage.

The NABC Honors Court recognizes the talents of gifts that student-athletes possess off the court, and the hard work they exhibit in the classroom.
