PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) - Sophomore Ian Crosswhite scored a career-high 23 points to lead Oregon to a wild 67-62 overtime victory at Washington State on Saturday.

Oregon (12-7, 7-5 Pac-10) blew an 18-point second-half lead but hit 7 of 8 free throws in the final minute of overtime to beat Washington State for the seventh straight time.

The Cougars scored the first point of overtime to take their first lead (54-53) since leading 10-9 after 12 minutes.

Marcus Moore, Thomas Kelati and Randy Green scored 12 points each to lead Washington State (11-12, 5-8 Pac-10).

The Cougars trailed 9-2 before scoring their first field goal after 7 1/2 minutes.

Crosswhite, dominating inside, scored seven of his 14 first-half points during a 15-0 Oregon run that snapped a 12-12 tie.

The Cougars shot 17 percent (4-for-24) in the first half and fell behind 31-14, then gave up the first point of the second half before hitting four straight baskets, including three 3-pointers, to narrow Oregon's lead to 32-25 barely three minutes into the second half.

Oregon's Luke Jackson made just 3 of 8 field-goal attempts, but went 10-for-10 at the free-throw line and scored 16 points. Andre Joseph added 13 points.

The Ducks, one of the busiest and best 3-point shooting teams in the country, made only three 3-pointers of 15, a low for the season.

Moore, the Cougars' season scoring leader with 13.3 points per game, did not score in the first half.
