FRESHMAN (2009): Appeared in 25 games (WSU freshman record), including four starts...was 1-1 with 5.97 ERA...struck out 26 in 37 and two-third innings...earned first-collegiate win in a start vs. Portland, May 12, allowing five hits while fanning three batters...career-high six strikeouts while picking up lone save vs. Washington, May 23...posted a 3.57 ERA in nine Pac-10 games.
