JUNIOR (2011-12): Cross Country - Scored at Notre Dame Invitational as fifth on team, 124th overall...finished 104th at Pac-12 Championships...fifth Cougar and 117th overall at 2011 NCAA West Regionals...named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention...Indoor - Season-best time in 800m was 2:11.76i at Husky Classic...At MPSF Championships ran third leg of DMR for 10th place with time of 11:33.46i - third best time in school records...also finished 16th in 800m in 2:12.96i...Outdoor - Season-best efforts in 800m was time of 2:12.67 and in 1500m was time of 4:37.43...did not compete in last half of outdoor season...named Pac-12 All-Academic track and field honorable mention.

SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Cross Country - Finished 14th in 4k at WSU-UW Dual (Ephrata) in time of 15:17.84...28th at Anderson Invite (Spokane Valley) 5k (20:27.94)...23rd in 5k at Montana Invite in time of 19:00...271st in White Race at Pre-Nationals (Terre Haute) in time of 24:53.8...72nd overall and fifth Cougar (22:15.76) at Pac-10 Championships (10/30/10, Seattle)...fifth WSU runner and 132nd overall at NCAA West Regional 6k in time of 22:21.78 (11/13/10, Springfield)...named to Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention team...Indoor - At MPSF Championships (2/26/11, Seattle) ran the 1200m leg of the second-place Distance Medley Relay (11:18.14i), second-best all-time at WSU...also ran third leg of 4x400m relay (3:55.92i) for ninth, and 13th in 800m (2:11.76i)...Outdoor - Ran PR time in 800m of 2:08.85 at Cougar Invitational (4/23/11, Pullman)...at Pac-10 Championships took eighth place in the 800m (2:11.14) after being the ninth and final qualifier in prelims (2:09.46)...at NCAA West Prelims ran 2:12.37 in 800m (43rd)...Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.

FRESHMAN (2009-10): Cross Country - Redshirt season...raced unattached in two races...13th place (eighth on team) at Clash of the Inland Northwest...placed 31st (second on team) at Inland Northwest Cross Country Classic...Indoor - Ran an 800m time of 2:11.13i for seventh place at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships (2/27/10, Seattle)...at same meet ran in distance medley relay in time of 11:36.30 for fifth place...Outdoor - Very impressive freshman season...ran a 1500m time of 4:36.12 at Mt. SAC Relays (4/17/10, Walnut)...800m time of 2:10.00 came at WSU-UW Dual meet (5/1/10, Pullman)...finished 12th in 800m (2:11.37) at Pac-10 Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight varsity letters at Mt. Spokane High...earned four varsity letters in cross country and was named team captain senior season...lettered all four years of high school in track and field...as a freshman was first team all-state for 4A...cross country team finished second in state sophomore year...placed 14th in state 3A meet during 2006 season...had an individual finish of 16th junior season at state 3A meet...placed 10th at state 3A meet during senior season...set school record in the 800m junior year with a time of 2:16.40...set school record for 400m during 2008 outdoor season...placed second in 1600m for 2008 state 3A meet with a time of 5:06.08...took third in 2009 state 3A meet in the 800m with a time of 2:16.67.

PERSONAL. Born in April 1991, in San Diego, Calif...father Kenneth is an attorney and landlord...mother Andrea...two older brothers, Jonathon and Christopher...younger sister, Delaney...enjoys traveling...made Honor Roll all four years of high school...undecided on major.
