SOPHOMORE (2008-09): Country Country - Participated in four races for the Cougars in her second season in crimson and gray...best finishes include 16th at the Clash of the Inland Northwest, 64th at the Sundodger Invitational...named to Pac-10 All-Academic first team...Indoor - Ran a PR time in 3000m of 10:26.33i at Last Chance meet (3/7/09, Seattle)...clocked a PR time in 5000m of 18:04.9i at Runners Soul Open (2/7/09, Moscow)...Outdoor - Three PRs this season...1500m time of 4:56.05 at Duane Hartman Invite (4/25/09, Spokane)...3000m time of 10:21.98 came at WSU-Washington Dual (5/2/09, Seattle)...5000m time of 17:40.71 was run at UCLA Johnson/Joyner-Kersee meet (4/11/09)...named to Pac-10 All-Academic first team.

FRESHMAN (2007-08): Cross Country - Participated in every race for the Cougars in her first season in crimson and gray...best finishes include first at the Gonzaga Preview, 34th at the Sundodger, and 65th at the Pac-10 Championships (10/27/07, Corvallis), seventh on the team...was 98th at the NCAA West Regional (11/10/07, Eugene), sixth on the team...Indoor - Ran a 3000m time of 10:32.16i at Cougar Indoor (1/26/08, Pullman)...also clocked in a mile time of 5:21.67i at Vandal Indoor (2/8/08, Moscow)...Outdoor - Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL. Received a letter in cross country, under coach Mike Locati, and track, with coach Eric Hisaw senior year...also competed in basketball and softball...honored as a scholar-athlete all four years...named first team All-Columbia Basin League for cross country...also recognized as second team all-conference in the 3200m in track...helped cross country become the CBL Champions...part of relay team that set school record distance medley time...placed third in the 3200m at the 2007 Washington vs. Oregon Brooks Meet of Champions.

PERSONAL. Born in September, 1988, in Payson, Utah...father Robert is an electrical engineer, mother Karen is in business...two younger siblings, Robby (11/4/90) and Jennifer (5/10/96)...enjoys running, hiking, scrap booking...certified nursing assistant...member of National Honor Society...4.0 GPA put her at the top of her graduating class...received Distinguished Regents Scholar, AP Scholar with Honor, and Washington State Honors Award...majoring in Food Science and Health Nutrition.
