Earned 12 letters at Maple Grove Senior High, five in track running distance for coach Rick Peterson and one in cross country for coach Pam Hennen...three letters in soccer for coaches Ben LaVahn and Stacey Nelson and three in Nordic skiing for coach Kirsten Anderson...senior year, was cross country state champion...captained track team and selected as team mvp...earned all conference honors in Nordic skiing...as a junior, was state champion in 3200m...earned all state honors in 1600m...named Gear Running Store Runner of the Year finalist...finished fourth at the Golden West Invitational 3200m...was state runner up in 3200m as a sophomore...earned all state honors in 1600m and all conference honors in 1600m and 3200m...freshman year, named all conference in 1600m and 3200m...voted track team mvp...holds MGSH school records in 800m (2:16), 1600m (4:56) and 3200m (10:29).
