WSU CAREER. FRESHMAN (2007-08): Cross Country - Competed unattached at Gonzaga Preview and Sundodger Invitational...redshirt season...Indoor - Ran in two WSU home meets...mile time of 4:32.78i and 3000m time of 8:57.03i...Outdoor - Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL. Competed in track and field and cross country at Bishop Blanchet High School...earned four varsity letters in cross country under coach John Oleary and four under track coach Tim Frost...placed at 3A state individually or with the team all four years for cross country...best finish was fourth as a senior...cross country team was state champion sophomore season...also place seventh in the 3200m in track as a junior... named Bishop Blanchet MVP for cross country twice and track and field once...as a freshman earned the rookie-runner award.
