SOPHOMORE (2009-10): Cross Country - Raced in three events...seventh place finish (fourth on team) at Clash of the Inland Northwest...placed 157th (seventh on team) at ISU Pre-Nationals Invitational...finished the season 59th (seventh on team) at Pac-10 Championships...named to Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention team...Indoor - Ran PRs times in three events...800m time of 1:55.49i at Runners Soul Open (2/13/10, Moscow), mile time of 4:13.37i at Vandal Collegiate (2/19/10, Moscow), and 3000m time of 8:39.53i at Cougar Indoor (1/23/10, Pullman)...Outdoor - Did not compete in spring.

WSU CAREER. REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2008-09): Cross Country - Competed in three races during his sophomore season for the Cougars...best finish was 21st at the Clash of the Inland Northwest...67th at Pac-10 Championships...Indoor - Ran a mile time of 4:14.33i at NCAA Last Chance meet (3/7/09, Seattle)...also had a 3k time of 8:52.84i at Vandal Collegiate (2/20/09, Moscow)...Outdoor - Ran several distances during season - 800m (2:00.44), 1500m (3:55.01), steeplechase (10:01.34).

FRESHMAN (2007-08): Cross Country - Ran unattached in Gonzaga Preview and Sundodger Invitational...redshirt season...Indoor - Redshirt season...Outdoor - Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL. Earned four varsity letters in cross country under coaches Ivan Corley and Bruce Hafferkamp...also earned three for track coaches Corley and Joe Groves...captained cross country and track teams as a senior...finished first in the Highlander Invitational as a freshman and sophomore...as a senior finished 20th individually at the 4A state cross country championships...named to the All-Greater Spokane League in track and cross country senior year...also named to the 2006 Washington State Cross Country Coaches Association all-state team...did not compete junior year because of injury.

PERSONAL. Born in October 1988, in Spokane, Wash...father Steve is a car dealership assistant manager, comedian, and actor...mother Michele is an account manager for Zak Designs...older sister Brienne (7/4/86)...enjoys math...majoring in biochemistry.
