Earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track and field...lettered all four years for track and field coach Mike Hinz...four letters under cross country coaches Roy Hammock (2003) and Matthew Silvers (2004-07)...captained cross country team in 2004 and 2006...named first team All-Greater Northern League as a freshman for cross country...received second-team honors as a sophomore and senior...second team All-GSL in the mile as a freshman...participated in the USA Track and Field development program.
