SAC Relays (4/17/10, Walnut)...finished 16th in 1500m at Pac-10 Champs (3:55.25).

SOPHOMORE (2008-09): Cross Country - Ran in six races for the Cougars...competed in four and ran two races unattached...best finish was second place at the Cascade Conference Preview...52nd (fifth on team) at the Pac-10 Championships...75th (fifth on team) at NCAA West Regional...Indoor - Ran a time of 8:40.67i for 22nd in 300m at MPSF Championships (2/28/09, Seattle)...PR time in mile of 4:16.16i at NCAA Last Chance (3/7/09, Seattle)...Outdoor - Moved into steeplechase...ran top time of 9:19.83 at WSU vs. Washington Dual (5/2/09, Seattle)...just missed scoring at Pac-10 Championships with ninth place in steeple with time of 9:23.10.

FRESHMAN (2007-08): Cross Country - Competed in five races for WSU...placed second at the Gonzaga Preview, 21st at the Sundodger, and 98th at the Griak Invite...ran at Pre-Nationals (40th), and Pac-10 Championships (67th) finishing ninth on the team...Indoor - Ran in season-opener with 800m time of 1:56.94i at WSU Open (1/19/08, Pullman)...Outdoor - Redshirt season...ran unattached in limited meets.

HIGH SCHOOL. Lettered all four years in track and field and cross country under coach Michael Hadway...captained both teams senior year...finished third at 4A state for track three times, once as a junior in the 800m and in the 800m and 1600m as a senior...named all-state as a sophomore, junior, and senior for cross country, and as a junior and senior for track...selected to the All-Bowerman cross country team...also named to the cross country All-American team as a senior...helped cross country team to 4A state championships all four years...first team All-Greater Spokane League for the 800m and 1600m...finished 19th individually in state for cross country as a junior and fifth as a senior...other top finishes include Highlander Invitational champion, a second-place finish at the Washington vs. Oregon Border Clash, and fourth place at the Stanford Invite and the Jim Danner Invite as a senior.
