WSU CAREER. JUNIOR (2005-06): Cross Country - Redshirt season...finished 31st running unattached at Sundodger Invite (9/17/05, Seattle)...Indoor - Ran 800m time of 1:54.85i at WSU Open (1/21/06, Pullman)...struggled with injuries rest of season...Outdoor - Redshirt season.

JUNIOR COLLEGE CAREER. Completed two years at Highline Community College for Coach Robert Yates...cross country captain in 2002 and 2003...named cross country All-American and 10,000m All-American as a freshman...named cross country All-American as a sophomore...10,000m and 1500m champion in NWAACC Conference as a sophomore.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned seven varsity letters at Ferndale High...four in cross country and two in track for Coach Jim Pearson...one in soccer for Coach Scott Brown...named to Northwest League cross country second team as a freshman...sophomore and junior year named to All-League first team in cross country...was Northwest League and District cross country champion as a senior...was league and district champion at 1600m as a senior.
