SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Cross Country - Finished fifth in 4k at WSU-UW Dual (Ephrata) in time of 14:36.25...runner-up won 5k at Anderson Invite (Spokane Valley) in time of 18:42.42...seventh in 5k at Montana Invite in time of 18:16...156th in White Race at Pre-Nationals (Terre Haute) in time of 22:20.1...48th overall and second Cougar (21:31.00) at Pac-10 Championships (10/30/10, Seattle)...second Cougar and 96th overall at NCAA West Regional with 6000m time of 21:53.24 (11/13/10, Springfield)...Indoor - Ran a PR time in the 3000m of 9:57.02i at the Husky Classic (2/12/11, Seattle)....at the MPSF Championships finished 18th in the 800m (2:15.05i) and 15th in the mile (4:58.18i)...Outdoor - Dropped five seconds off 1500m PR with time of 4:32.81 at Mt. SAC Relays (4/15/11, Walnut)...at WSU-UW Dual meet cut over half-minute off 3000m steeplechase with time of 10:32.58 (4/29/11, Seattle) - sixth-best time in school history...finished eighth in steeple (10:42.59) at Pac-10 Championships and 34th in 5k (18:12.48)...steeple time at NCAA West Prelims was 10:36.89 (34th).

FRESHMAN (2009-10): Cross Country - Competed in four events...finished 21st running unattached at the Clash of the Inland Northwest...223rd place finish (sixth on team) at ISU Pre-National Meet...placed 80th (sixth on team) at the Pac-10 Championships...earned a 133rd place finish (sixth on team) at the NCAA West Regionals to finish the season...Indoor - At Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships (2/27/10, Seattle) ran two PRs - 800m of 2:14.03i (11th) and mile time of 4:56.16i (12th)...Outdoor - Continued strong rookie year with 800mtime of 2:14.96 (Stanford Invite), 1500m time of 4:37.68 (Mt. SAC Relays), and 3000m steeplechase time of 11:08.45 for 12th at Pac-10 Championships (5/16/10, Berkeley).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight varsity letters at W.F. West High...Earned four letters in track and field and two in cross country...named captain of the cross country team senior year...the 2008 Evergreen League cross country champion...took third in state 2A for cross country during senior season...state 2A 800m took fifth place, ran a prelim time of 2:15.89...during junior season women's team placed second place at districts...placed fourth at 2007 state 2A cross country meet...on the 4x200 district championship relay team junior season...earned fourth place in 2008 state 1600m...800m league and district champion junior year and took third place in state...took second place at the state 2A track and field meet in the 800m and fourth in the 1600m...also earned one letter in cheerleading and one letter in soccer.

PERSONAL. Born in July 1991, in Tacoma, Wash...father Bobby is a chef...mother Lola is a social worker...three older brothers, Tyler, Michael, and Elijah...three older sisters, Rachel, Mary, and Rebecca...enjoys reading and watching movies...member of chamber choir for four years...was a member of 4-H for 13 years...took part in Link Crew for two years...majoring in movement studies.
