TRACK & FIELD COMPETES AT PAIR OF MEETS IN MOSCOW, IDAHO
With the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships a week away, a limited number of Washington State University's indoor track and field team members will compete at two meets hosted by the University of Idaho at the Kibbie Dome this weekend while other members will rest....Friday, Feb. 15, the Idaho Collegiate meet begins at 9:30 a.m. with the discus throw and running events commence at 1 p.m...Sat., Feb. 16, the Idaho Open has field events beginning at 8:30 a.m and racing begins at 9 a.m...Kibbie-ASUI Activity Center seats 17,000 and features a 290m unbanked Mondo surface with a 5-lane track and 8-lane straightaway...there is a 150-foot elevated pole vault runway and concrete throwing circles...complete results will be posted at www.wsucougars.com, when available.

ABOUT THE COUGAR COACHES
Head coach Rick Sloan is in his 40th season with the Cougar track program; 19th year as a head coach, 18th year as mentor to the combined men's and women's program...Sloan (decathlon/heptathlon) is joined by associate coach Debra Farwell (throws) and assistant coaches Mark Macdonald (hurdles/relays), Ellannee Richardson (sprints/relays), Matt McGee (jumps) and cross country coach Tim Riley (distance)...volunteers include Jeshua Anderson, Chanel James and Courtney Simmons.

NCAA DESCENDING ORDER LISTS
The NCAA abandoned the qualifying standards for the 2013 indoor competition...national descending order lists can be viewed at the United States Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Track & Field Results Reporting System website (www.tfrrs.org)...race marks are converted to accommodate for track sizes and surfaces...best marks for the Cougars for the 2013 indoor season can be found at www.wsucougars.com.

Jacob Sealby, 400m - 47.34@ (49th)
Todd Wakefield, 3000m - 8:04.27 (40th)
Andrew Kimpel, 5000m - 14:09.06 (38th)
Stephan Scott-Ellis, long jump - 7.60m/24-11 1/4 (13th)
Stephan Scott-Ellis, triple jump - 15.86m/52-0 1/2 (10th)
Spencer Wordell, heptathlon - 5,167 points (44th)
