Attended the Universidad de Lima, in Peru…moved to Palouse in 2000-01 and competed in several area open meets…won the Cougar Invitational triple jump with a leap of 14.84m/48-4 1/4 and placed third in high jump at 2.05m/6-8 3/4 (4/27/01, Pullman).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Attended Salesiano High…freshman year won Sudamerican Championship in the high jump...second in Sudamerican Championships between high schools...senior year, was second in Sudamerican Championships in triple jump with mark of 15.52m/50-11...participated in World Junior Championships...Junior National Champion in triple jump and high jump.

PERSONAL. Piero Vojvodic (pronounced voy-voe-ditch) was born 9/26/81 at Lima, Peru…father Ivan Vojvodic is a doctor...mother Christina Perez is a student...brother Ivan (6/16/86)...sister Iva (9/14/84)...plans to major in communications at WSU.
