PRE-WSU CAREER. Ran cross country and track and field for coach Ryan Hovde at Clark College...won 2008 NWAACC Championships 800m title...All-American...repeated as conference 800m winner...another All-America certificate...graduated from Pierce College with AA degree in June 2010.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Attended Bethel High as a sophomore and Graham-Kapowsin High during junior and senior years...earned eight letters in cross country/track and field...ran on 4x400m relay team at state 4A Championships...finished fifth as junior and won event as senior.

PERSONAL. Born in May 1989 in Puyallup...father Harold is an electrical lineman first responder...mother Susan is a system operations supervisor...older brothers Matt and Jake...enjoys playing video games...majoring in general social sciences at WSU.
