WSU CAREER. FRESHMAN (2008-09): Indoor - Ran the 800m in a time of 1:54.61i at the Vandal Collegiate meet (2/21/09, Moscow)...Outdoor - Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned eight varsity letters at Liberty High in both track and field and cross country under Michael Smith...freshman year placed fourth in the 4 x 400m relay at the 3A State Meet...sophomore year placed tenth in 4 x 400m relay...junior year won 4 x 400m relay and placed fourth in the 800m...as a senior, placed second in the 800m...earned fourth place in the 800m at the Hershey's North America Championships.

PERSONAL: Born in February of 1990 in Renton, Washington...father Michael Smith is a business owner...mother Cynthia...brother Colin (20)...sisters Madison (13) and Paige (13)...enjoys photography and skiing...earned a 3.75 GPA in high school...will be pursuing a major in Engineering at WSU.
