JUNIOR (2010-11): Indoor - Injured and did not compete...Outdoor - Took fourth in 400m hurdles at Pac-10 Championships with PR time of 50.99 - the 10th fastest hurdles time in WSU history (5/14/11, Tucson)...at NCAA West Prelims qualified out of first round with 51.48 (16th) time but finished 15th in quarterfinals (51.24) and did not advance...Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.

SOPHOMORE (2009-10): Indoor - Ran 60m hurdles in 8.46i at WSU Open...did not compete rest of season...Outdoor - Ran PR time in 110m hurdles of 14. 99 at WSU vs. UW Dual Meet (5/1/10, Pullman)...best intermediate hurdles time was 52.46 in prelims at Pac-10 Championships - final time of 52.71 was seventh place.

FRESHMAN (2008-09): Indoor - Ran the open 400m in a time of 49.33i at Vandal Collegiate (2/21/09, Moscow)...twice ran the 60m hurdles in a time of 8.44i...at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships, finished 17th in 400m (49.43i), 14th in 60m hurdles (8.63i), and ran on DMR (7th)...Outdoor - Reached NCAA Regional Qualifying time of 52.27 in 400m hurdles with fourth-place finish at Stanford Invite (3/28/09)...finished seventh in the intermediate hurdles at the Pac-10 Championships (51.86)...did not compete at NCAA West Regional meet...took fourth place in the 400m hurdles at the US Junior Track & Field Championships in a PR time of 51.49 (6/28/09, Eugene).

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned five varsity letters at Everett High School...lettered four times in track and field under Doug Hall...one letter in football under Will Soren... also played tennis and cross country... senior year captained track and field team...freshman year team was named freshman champs...in the WESCO Division league placed third in the 400m and 4x400m relay...second in the 4x100m relay...sixth in 200m...finished season as league preliminary qualifier in the 400m...sophomore year was league qualifier in the 110m hurdles...league finalist and district qualifier in the 300m hurdles...second highest scoring sophomore on squad...junior season was named Scout Team Player of the Week in football...placed first in league in the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles...fourth place in 4x400m relay and 4x100m relay... school and county record holder in the 300m hurdles (37.99)...at districts placed first in 110m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 4x100m and 4x400m relays...at state tournament finished seventh in 110m hurdles and first in 300m hurdles...at Junior Olympics placed sixth in 400m hurdles...named MVP of team...senior year named offensive player of the week in football...placed first in league at the 110m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 200m...second in 4x100m relay...broke school record in 110m hurdles with (14.55) and 4x100m relay (42.79)...named athlete of the week numerous times...competed on the High Voltage Track Club under coaches Johnnie Williams and Jeanine Shepherd...named pre-season All-American...honor roll student.
