SOPHOMORE (2009-10): Indoor - Ran PR time in 200m of 25.94i at Runners Soul meet (2/6/10, Moscow)...ran PR time in 400m of 56.90i for 14th place at MPSF Championships...Outdoor - Opened season with PR time in 200m of 25.81 at Trojan Invite (3/20/10, Los Angeles)...best 400m time was 56.94 at WSU vs. Washington Dual.

FRESHMAN (2008-09): Indoor - Ran 200m in time of 26.90i at Cougar Indoor (1/31/09, Pullman)...next weekend clocked 400m time of 59.46i at Vandal Indoor (2/6/09, Moscow)...Outdoor - Season-best 200m time of 26.86 at Dusty Lane Open (3/21/09, Spokane), and 400m time of 1:00.96.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned 10 varsity letters at Bremerton High School...four as a forward in soccer for coach Lance McCoy...two in basketball as a guard for coach Daniel McInnis...four letters as a sprinter in track for coach Lloyd Pugh...on soccer field, named team MVP all four years...named All-Olympic League honorable mention as a freshman, second-team as sophomore and first team junior and senior seasons...on basketball court. Knights' team won league title twice...named to all-league second team twice...advanced to district playoffs junior year...in track, team MVP all four years...at state 3A championships in 200m, finished 4th as freshman, seventh as sophomore, fifth as junior and ninth as senior...in 400m at state 3A meet, took second place as junior, third place as senior...competed for the Tracyton Select Soccer Strikers under coach Glenn Godfrey...named Athlete of the Year.
