SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Indoor - Led the team with 400m PR time of 56.11i and ran lead of 4x400m relay (3:47.66) at Husky Classic (2/12/11, Seattle)...at MPSF Championships ran second leg of runner-up distance medley relay team which ran a second-best time in school history of 11:18.14i and finished 21st in 400m (57.66i)...Outdoor - Ran a PR time in 400m dash of 53.22 - second-best time in WSU history - for fifth place at Pac-10 Championships (5/14/11, Tucson)...also ran lead leg of fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:40.22)...ran 400m time of 55.78 (34th) and lead leg of 1600m relay (3:42.17 - 17th) at NCAA West Prelims.

FRESHMAN (2009-10): Indoor - Collegiate 200m time of 25.37i and led team this season in 400m with time of 56.38i, both run at Husky Classic (2/13/10, Seattle)...at same meet long jumped 5.25m/17-2 3/4i...at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships finished 12th in 400m (56.44i), ran lead leg of fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:43.85i), and 400m portion of fifth-place distance medley relay (11:36.30i)...Outdoor - Ran 200m in 24.82 at Johnson/Joyner-Kersee Meet (4/9/10, Los Angeles)...at Pac-10 Championships finished 10th in 400m (55.65), ran lead leg of fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:41.19), and anchored sixth-place 4x100m relay (45.54)...at NCAA Preliminary Rounds finished 44th in the 400m in 56.17, ran anchor on 4x100m relay for 17th (45.62), and lead leg on 4x400m relay for 15th in season-best 3:38.45...runner-up finish in Girls U20 400m dash with PR time of 54.41 - 10th-best in WSU all-time - at NAAA/Sagicor Track & Field Championships in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago (6/26/10)...competing for Trinidad and Tobago's junior team at the IAAF World Junior Championships, ran 400m in 55.50 in first round and did not advance to semifinals (7/20/10, Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Lettered all four years in track at Silverado High School for coach Patrick Brannon...only freshman on track team...won Desert Sky League title in long jump and as member of 4x400m relay team which ran a record-breaking 4-minutes...as sophomore played on undefeated JV basketball team...junior year won league titles in long and triple jumps and on 4x400m relay...at CIF finals placed sixth in 400m and ninth in long jump...named to Desert Sky League All-Area team and MVP of Hawks' girls team...senior year at Arcadia Invite was runner-up in 400m (55.66) and in long jump with PR of 18-9 1/4...won league titles in 1600m relay, long jump and 400m, all with record times for meet...competed at CIF in both short and long relays, long jump and 400m dash...first track Silverado High athlete to advanced to CIF state final...fifth in 400m in PR time of 55.16, and 21st in long jump (17-1 1/4)...named high school's Female Athlete of the Year.

PERSONAL. Born in August 1991 in Apple Valley, California...father Thomas is an engineer...mother Sharon is a medical assistant/office manager...older sister Sadie...brothers Josh and Angelus...enjoys making music and writing poetry...high school honor roll...member of Black Student Union, Friday Night Live drug and alcohol prevention, and Blazers and Sweaters Society (literature club)...planning to major in kinesiology/movement studies at WSU.
