SOPHOMORE (2001-02): Top mark of season was 64.84m/212-9 for fourth place finish at Pac-10 Championships (5/19/02, Pullman).

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2000-01): Finished eighth at the Pac-10 Championships (5/20/01, Berkeley) with a toss of 62.92m / 206-5...top throw of season was 64.22m / 210-8 for third at Baldy Castillo Invite (3/24/01, Tempe)...had elbow surgery in summer following season.

FRESHMAN (1999-2000): Redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned ten varsity letters at Highland High...three in track for coach Kelly Mattson...three each in football and basketball...one in baseball...senior year rushed for 1,000 yards for state championship football team...lost only one javelin competition all season...state champion...at districts finished third in high jump and second in shot put...captured district and state javelin champion honors as a junior...sophomore year finished 14th in state in javelin.
