WSU CAREER. JUNIOR (2010-11): Indoor - Pole vaulted 4.87m/15-11 3/4i at WSU Open...Outdoor - Redshirt season due back injury.

SOPHOMORE (2010): Indoor - Reached PR pole vault height of 4.93m/16-2i at Vandal Collegiate (2/19/10, Moscow)...no-height at MPSF...Outdoor - Equaled indoor mark outdoors, clearing 4.93m/16-2 at Vandal Jamboree (5/8/10, Moscow)...13th at Pac-10 Championships (4.78m/15-8 1/4).

FRESHMAN (2008-09): Indoor - Led Cougar men with top pole vault height of 4.87m/15-11 3/4i at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships for 12th place (2/28/09, Seattle)...Outdoor - Best season bar cleared was 4.75m/15-7 at Vandal Jamboree (5/9/09, Moscow).

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned a total of six varsity letters at Jesuit High...three for swim coach Stoddard Smith and three for track and field coach Tom Rothenbergen ...swam four years on varsity...sophomore year led both swim and track teams to state titles ...junior year led both teams to league championships as well as a state title in swim...was Metro League pole vault champion and took seventh at the state championships...senior year led track team to Metro League title with pole vault championship...finished sixth at state...voted most inspirational by his teammates...took second place in Pasco Invitational for the pole vault clearing 15-feet.

PERSONAL: Born in October 1989 in Portland, Oregon...father Tom is the vice-president of field operations...mother Wendy Jones is a personal trainer...older brother Ford...member of the student government for two years...achieved honor roll all four years in high school earning a 3.8 GPA...awarded president's education award...majoring in mathematics at WSU.
