WSU Head Coach Jane LaRiviere On Final Regatta Before Pac-12 Championships: "Again, the goal is to get a little faster. We have nothing to lose, so we might as well just rack it up and see what happens. Teams often live up or down to the level of competition. So I'm hoping that Washington causes us to have a whole new gear, and just learn something about ourselves so that we get set up in the best possible way to go to Pac-12s."
WSU Head Coach Jane LaRiviere On Program's Seniors: "I can't actually say enough about them. We've had a lot of great classes over the years, but they would be up amongst the best classes that have ever gradutated. Just from a fundamental, acheivement level - we're really hoping to make it to NCAAs this year - and that will mean that they've been every year. There are seven world championship titles in the crowd. There's an Olympian in the crowd. Their average GPA is about a 3.3. There are engineers and accountants, and there are two double majors. There are a lot of quintessential student-athletes in that group, and every last one of them has made a nice contribution to the program. They're going to be a tough act to follow."
